Return Policy
Customers will be able to exchange for another product or get a refund within 30 days from the date of successful receipt if the product is defective due to the manufacturer (customers are required to record a video during the unpacking process and must keep the full box and packaging of the defective product to be exchanged or returned).
Warranty Policy
Applicable to electronic and machinery products: 61-day warranty from the date of successful receipt.
